Our Priory Curriculum aim is to LEARN with PRIDE. The document below gives you an at a glance look at our Priory curriculum. This document sets out our aims, our intent ( what we teach following the National Curriculum requirements) and how we implement our curriculum. It also explains how we measure the impact of our curriculum to understand how best to help our children progress.

There are also copies of our long term topic overviews to show how we set out to teach the National Curriculum through subject driven topics in individual year groups as well as documents detailing the National Curriculum requirements themselves, and the teaching of R.E using the Nottinghamshire agreed syllabus. RSHE is a golden thread and closely linked to our PRIDE values and there is a useful guide to this relatively new subject. You can also see the knowledge and skills that need to be taught for each subject and how new knowledge and skills learnt build on prior learning through our whole school subject progression documents.
In addition your child’s class teacher will share learning taking place in the classroom through our Seesaw platform.
